Grief is an isolating experience for anyone, but it can be particularly challenging for young adults, many of whom are the first people in their peer group to experience a loss. This population is falls in the “in-between” of most grief support services; they are too old for most children’s grief organizations yet may struggle with a sense of belonging in other grief support spaces.
